Thank you for your interest in opening an Easisave Fixed Term Deposit!

Please note that you must transfer money through your Easisave Savings Account in order to open your online Easisave Fixed Term Deposit. Easisave Fixed Term Deposits are subject to a minimum of €1000/$1000 per deposit.

New Clients

If you are new to Easisave and you want to open a Fixed Term Deposit online you will first need to open an Easisave Savings Account. In order to open an Easisave Savings Account, click on “Open Now”, complete the online application and follow the instructions on-screen.

Once you have gone through the online application form, submit your documentation to Easisave and make your opening deposit in order to activate your Easisave Savings Account. You can then log onto your online Easisave account and may proceed to transfer funds from your Savings Account and into a Fixed Term Deposit for a period of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year, 2 years or 3 years at your discretion.

Existing Clients

If you are an existing Easisave client, then simply log onto your online Easisave account and under the “Manage Accounts” area, click the “Open Fixed Term Deposit” option and select which Easisave Savings Account you want to utilise to open your Fixed Term Deposit. Key in an amount to be deposited (minimum €1000/$1000), the term you want to fix your deposit for as well as whether you want to receive your interest quarterly, annually or on maturity as applicable. Funds will be transferred from your Easisave Savings Account into your new Fixed Term Deposit for the term you have selected.

If you would like to open a Fixed Term Deposit with new funds (that is, over and above your existing savings within your Easisave Savings Account) you may deposit money into your existing Easisave Savings Account and transfer any amount (minimum €1000/$1000) into your new Fixed Term Deposit. You may also opt to open a new Easisave Savings Account and choose to use this new Savings Account solely to supply your Fixed Term Deposit or Deposits.

The Easisave Savings Account you have chosen to fund your Easisave Fixed Term Deposit will be the same online Savings Account which will recieve both your principal amount and interest.
