Your Easisave Account - Pending Review

If your Easisave account is marked as inoperative due to a pending account review, you may activate it by sending the following documents to our Helpdesk support team.

Completing the review requires three simple steps:

  Fill in the account data sheet.
  Submit a copy of your Identification document (ID Card). Both front and back of the ID card must be fully visible and in colour.
  Attach the account data sheet together with a copy of your ID card and forward them to helpdesk@fimbank.com
